Beauty thing. Just few questions:

Where to get it (only by Internet? only in Swedish shops?)?
How much does it cost?
Is it worth buying?
If anyone use it, maybe a few words about wearing M/90, is it comfortable, is it warm etc...

I am not ASG player, I do not want to pretend Swedish commando, also I am not unfriendly spie who wants to get into Swedish armed force to steal infomations. I am interested in Fältjacka M/90 just becouse in my oppinion it is one of the most nice looking modern camo.

No worry mate!

I have used the m/90 in the army and i liked it. It is a bit warm in the summer though, so it is at its best in the spring/autumn. There is a "summer/tropical" version that is hard to get your hands on if you are not in the SDF.

it is also a bit "big" so you should NOT order a size larger then your own. overall i find that the quality is MUCH better on the swedish m/90 gear, then on US BDUs. The only drawback is weight and warmt (both are corrected in the tropical version).

Yeah, I've used that thing several times. It's a fine acquisition to any collection of the sorts, and works fine for me.

Now the good thing about them is that you can buy them new or used, unlike with the Finnish M/91's...

Yup, it's a cool smock.

It is a fairly heavy polycotton so it is quite hot in the summer (did several section attacks/recces with one as OPFOR during the summer) and gets a bit sweaty. Other than that it's a good, hard wearing jacket. For winter use, it's probably best to wear a thermal layer underneath.

As far as sizing goes, it seems to be sized in height and weight, or maybe just weight (I can't remember). I got one that was several sizes too big for me as that's the way I like my smocks (I wear them with the bottom tucked up).

The only drawback I found with it was that the bottom two pockets aren't very large and there aren't any 'normal' pockets on the jacket, just the four zip ones.

I'm off over to Sweden this summer so I think I might go and get a pair of M/90 trousers. From this place:
