Where I can find price list for calls from Israel/Palestine to Poland made from local cable operators by phoneboots, postoffices etc...?, and how much interent cafees ~costs in Israel(Tel-Aviv to be exact)...

I have no clue how much it costs to call from Israel to poland, from Israel to US it's around 0.5NIS.
Internet coffees aren't expensive.

P.S. If we talk about Israel, Israelis, are you going tomorrow (friday) to "Tapuzina active" pestival in Frishman beach?

about phone cost, i have no clue, but you can get some really cheap internet cafe spot, like a 20 NIS for 3 hours, including phone service.
Check on in Ben yehuda(corner Mapu), bograshov (web stop) and the beginning of Allenby street( next to the beach, southern ridge of the street) in tel aviv for cheap and friendly places.
