He did make an interesting comment about how Moore is now the big guy, and he is the little guy who doesn't get his calls returned.

He might be an ass, but this is just some BS smear campaign.
Just because he criticizes the mainstream means he hates the country?

He influences people's opinion. Therefore someone else should offer an alternative point of view.

I think people should offer an alternative opinion, but this is just slander.
It only strengthens his arguments anyway.

In your opinion. Remember you speak for yourself not everybody. This offers an alternative opinion, if you don't like what i says then don't listen/read/watch it.

MM is a big BIG celebrity now. So the dude is fair game and in season. Anyone who wants to have a go at him can. Hell even MM would probably say that if cornered.

Note: never corner a hippo.

micheal moore is not an ass because he offers a different point of view. he is an ass because he lies to make that point of view.

and if you watch the trail it actually looks like it is telling a lot more truth then moore's movies, and that they are out to inform not just to take shoots at moore. hell we can say moore was bad because we have seen his film(taped lies) but wait to judge this film as no one has seen it yet.

I'm pretty sure the title is a jab at Moore's reputation as someone who makes his living off of taking quotes out of context and making very broad, opinionated statements.

This all seems like another fruitless exercise – we should be all mature enough to release most documentaries have a general skewed vision that the film makers want to inflict upon an audience. I don’t think America is the devil but nor do I believe it to be the land of milk and honey. It’s another western nation with its decent parts and its **** house parts. If people need to be surrounded with media events that only agrees with their tunnel vision perspective on a nation then so be it. Selective blindness verses selective perspective.

Every one is pushing an agenda; shouting and chest beating about a non-existent impartiality in this film medium is really pointless.

I hate baked beans.

"Naturally, the common people don't want a war, but after all, it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag people along whether it is a democracy, or a facist dictatorship, or a parliment, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. This is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country."

I'm sure you know who said that, anyway, off to Stockholm for the weekend now ->

I'd have to agree with Mocking........

Everyone's entitled to stir sh!t....just like we're all entitled to ignore it.

Michael Moore is merely a more politicized version of Howard Stern, with greatly reduced entertainment value....people that hate him are some of his most ardent FAN$....cause it's all about the dollars

I think the idea of Michael Moore being tormented with the same tactics he used to achieve his first taste of fame is so F'n funny rofl
