GR2 sounds like the y totally ruined it. I read the PC Gamer Review and they said the game is mostly 3rd Person, u can only be one person, the only time your in first person is when u shoot, (but u can shoot without first person) So basically is SOCOM :fork: they wanted to make it "console friendly" :roll:

Heard some of those things too. Let's just hope they saved all the crap for the consoles and made a good PC version.

To my knowledge, you can switch freely between first- and third-person, but the ingame videos they've shown have all been for consoles, and third-person is what most console gamers are going to want. It's true that you can only play as the team leader (as in not being able to switch between characters while ingame), but you can give commands to the rest of your team.

That sucks. AI rarely does EXACTELY what you want... and even if they do, getting them to do it takes longer than switching and doing it yourself. And overall it's just stupid when you lack the ability to take control of the other guys. :|

When I first heard of the news of a GR2 I was like, finally...but now I don't know. I'm sure GR2 will be a good game (well, almost sure) but the more I hear about it, the more I start to believe that they are screwing it up...
