The Tories may be leading in the polls, but their percentage of the vote, at 33%, is among the weakest I have seen for any party that has won an election, if Canada has a proportional representation system they would be effectively a lame duck even before they start, or else a grand coalition with the Liberals or the NDP should be a given.
