Possible the uniform option that was used before the simplication of the unifroms. The dark blues I think took over the roles of the white one.

Wow, the PA army uses digitalized Jordanian BDU's now, A good thing to know, every guy with THIS camo isn't necessarily a relatively well disciplined and professional soldier, it can be a PA Fatah thug too.
I loved the days when most PA 'security " personels wore the good old blue urban camo (most ineffective camo I saw BTW)
