Oh I am not surprised at all...

Popular conservative radio and television host Glenn Beck has bolted from CNN to join a rival Fox News.

In leaving behind CNN's Headline News, Beck will host a show at 5 p.m. on Fox beginning this spring.

It hasn't yet been determined when Beck's last day will be at CNN Headline News, but the network may re-air "Lou Dobbs Tonight" in Beck’s slot at 9 p.m, instead of Beck's show (which first airs at 7 p.m. Monday through Friday).

When Beck leaves, Dobbs show will be in the 9pm slot, but no decision on 7 p.m.

"Glenn has been a terrific employee and colleague to many of us at CNN," a network spokesperson said in a statement. "We wish him well.”

Beck’s radio program airs from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays on WMMB 1240 radio in Melbourne.

I always wondered what the heck was Beck doing at CNN... His views are so different than those of Blitzer, Andersen Cooper, Campbell Brown etc...

It was like the daily conservative hour on CNN.

Some of his idea are (and common sense) but he is too anti-french to my liking.

Beck has always been the black sheep of CNN. I think he will fit in well with Fox.

Kinda sad that the last few bits of conservatism is leaving CNN. But yeah, he'll fit in much better at Fox which has conservatist and liberal people.
