I received a letter from my Borough informing me that my 2002 local taxes were paid to the city in error and that I must fill out xyz form to get the city to refund the money.
The city won't refund without the borough's signature and the borough won't sign until I pay them. :fork: I do not have the money in my budget.
And they wonder why people go postal. I paid dammit!

The borough I live in just outside of Pittsburgh. I just assume not get more specific than that.
It just makes me crazy that the city won't transfer the funds to the borough if I sign off on their forums and authorize them to do so. It's stupid.

Thanks. I got some temp help from a relative that owes me a favor. She's fronting me the $$ until my refund gets processed in a month or so. *whew*

i got an argh issue tonight...damn belt slipped of the generator one the olds 442....i noticed the lights dimming so i dropped my friend home...shaking i was so scared all the way from her house....get home..pull in the drive way...the bitch dies....totaly dead...spend a half hour getting the belt back on....another half hour trying to jump the fecking thing....if that fecker doesnt start in the fecking morning im going to fecking drag some fecker from the back of the fecking thing....FECK
