Two soldiers from the Amphibian Brigade died in a accident in the Stockholm archipelago. The accident happend when one of the boats for some unaccountable reason sudden stopped and the other boat crashed in high speed. The two soldier who died was on the deck and enden up in the water

Eeeeeek!!!!! Bessbrook Mill Helipad. I had 6 months of listening to the incessant whine of helicopter engines while I was on tour there in Jan-Jul 91.

Remember seeing some asshole debus where the Lynx is on the left side is (we were stood just out of the left side of the pic area) and jumping up that stepped area without realising the Lynx on the right was spinning up.

We all flinched, looked like the top op his helmet was literally an inch under the rotors and we were all expecting a big spray of blood n **** when his head got torn off!!

I remember he got his ass chewed severely by the guy who managed the pad for being such a dumbass!!
