Mk 12 SPR - need information

Does anyone have a link or a source I can refer to in order to gather more information on the Mk 12 SPR (Special Purpose Rifle)? Is the SPR-A a Mk 12 Mod 0, SPR-B equal to a Mk 12 Mod 1, and so forth?
