He needs to watch his saturated fatty acid intake from those Apollo burgers and fries. Saturated fatty acids combined with low-density lipoprotein significantly contributes to coronary artery disease and atheroscleroris. These contribute to higher risks of myocardial ischemia (insufficient supply of blood) and myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Just because you are athletic and muscular does not mean that you don't have a risk of cardiovascular disease, especially when non-ideal diet and family history are involved. Patients of Asian descent have a higher risk with arrythmias and electro-physical problems rather than those associated with CAD or hypertension.

Myocardial infarction due to myocardial hypertrophy is not likely as Jack is fairly young in age. He might have a higher risk to valve problems if he has a family history of valve disorders.
