Now, I have pretty much always known that Stratfor was crap since I first saw it. However, numerous Westerners have actually tried to convince me that it is a legitimate and serious source of information (or "intelligence"). Ha. Ha. Ha. But today... today I saw something from these clowns at Stratfor that left me no choice... I felt compelled to act and that's why I created this thread.
There is no coming back from this. Absolutely not. Look at this, this the funniest, stupidest, most ridiculous sh!t I've seen in a minute:
http://www.stratfor.com/analysis/20081031_russia_addressing_ingush_problem
Russia: Addressing the Ingush Problem
This is really unbelievable. I still can't believe I'm seeing this. Now, the article is full of "gems"... Literally just about every sentence is factually wrong, just nonsense, but what really does the thing, what really shows that these morons literally don't have the first f*cking clue what the hell they are talking about and discredits them beyond repair and beyond belief:
But Zyazikov has been largely unpopular inside the republic for many reasons. First off, he is ethnically Kyrgyz.Wow. I mean... wow. I think any Russian posters here already "got" everything from this, but for everyone who didn't, I'll break it down for ya.
OK, um... First of all, the Kyrgyz people all have strong Mongoloid racial features. See here: http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=kyrgyz&btnG=Search+Images. Literally ZERO Kyrgyz people in the world look like this:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a1/Mzyazikov_.jpg
I mean, how do they not know this? It's really unbelievable. Make no mistake, this is no minor error. With this one ridiculous phrase these buffoons demonstrate that they know literally next to nothing about the entire space from Ingushetia to Kyrgyzstan, quite an achievement on their part.
Zyazikov is an ethnic Ingush of course. He was born in Kyrgyzstan. Hmm, I wonder why that could be... Maybe it could have something to do with the whole deportation of Chechens and Ingush to Central Asia thing, maybe? Again, from that statement (and they effectually repeat it in the article) it is clear that they don't know anything, even the most basic things, about the subject matter of the article. Which brings me to another idiotic line from the article:
Zyazikov, whose former KGB comrade Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin named him Ingush president in 2002.2002 was before the appointing of local leaders, which began after Beslan. Zyazikov was "elected". I don't know how clean and fair it was, I wasn't there, but from what I've heard, by Ingushetia standards it was "OK". Nothing too outrageous. There was no explosion of protest or anything afterward.
If they knew anything about Ingushetia, they would know that the Ingush population would not accept a Kyrgyz appointed president of Ingushetia. They would not accept this being forced on them. And the Kremlin wouldn't do it, because Putin and the people around him aren't as stupid and ignorant as the people who wrote this article.
From the Kremlin’s point of view, Zyazikov — though not from Ingushetia — has become too entrenched in Ingush clan politics, letting his ego and desire to rule supreme trump the Kremlin’s demands for stability.Hahaha. Again it's clear they have no idea what they're talking about... They're just making this sh!t up as they go along and you could say that about practically every line in the article. I don't want to go over every line though.
Seriously, people pay MONEY for this sh!t? I mean real money? And if this is supposed to be the "leading private intelligence service" then what can one say about what the common media and regular people in the West know about what is going on in Russia?
