It remains illegal for US residents to purchase or import Cuban cigars.

Semi-automatic AK-type rifles, however, are legal and obtainable in most states of the United States.

Not in Canada it isn't. We use lots of Filipino midgets to gut and skin the yearly seal harvest.

FYI, those cigars are legal in the U.S.

Macanudos and H. Upmanns - Dominican Republic
Romeo y Julieta and Montecristo - are Cubans but "produced" (assembled), outside the country, making them legal.
