ok ok, let me break this down

you want to know which insignia plus cap suit? = the klmk berezka the most?
now i dont know what a cap suit is, but i bet you are wondering what insignia goes on the cap that you wear with the klmk or berzka over suit, and my guess would be none, since its a over suit in most cases. BUT since i could be wrong i would go check out the russian photos, or russia vs georiga war photos.

The Soviet era KLMK over suit and 2 piece suit didn't carry insignia , the new Berezka has the regular Russian Federation name tapes and insignia , plus a number of hats ans berets in the pattern

So do Vityaz / VDV / Alpha insignia all work with the KLMK?

Thanks!

Actually there were hats issued with some of the old Soviet KLMK lightweight uniforms, and these hats would have had the standard Soviet Army subdued cap insignia on them. Likewise, the Spetsodezhda uniforms of the KGB were issued with a variety of caps (Panama, furazhka, beret, et al) and all of these typically featured cap insignia. Insignia were occasionally found on the KGB uniforms.

I agree that the current Berezhka uniform would feature standard Russian Federation insignia.

No insignias at all, especially not the above ones. The border guards Spetsodezhda had the epaulettes for the KGB border guards as well as the left sleeve pocket patch. If it were M7s or bekas, you might see a patch, but that would only be for a dog & pony show such as an arms display. There was no specific headgear to go with KLMK. There were beret covers, but I have yet to see this in a photo. The Spetsodezhda has matching soft caps and bus driver caps, and those had the Russian armed forces pin on them, but that uniform is not KLMK and is pretty rare.
