I know this probably has been discussed before, but I haven't had any luck searching. I'm looking for a new backpack. I currently have a medium Alice pack that I use for when I go off roading/camping. I like the pack, but I'm looking for something new and more comfortable. I'm looking for a 3 day pack, but I don't want something to big. I don't want a metal frame pack. I also want areas on the pack to attach my sleeping bag and/or sleeping mat. I want something with a few external pockets and Molle webbing. OD or Coyote Tan/Brown. Any suggestions and pictures would be appreciated.
Thanks
Brian

Check out the Camelback Motherlode and BFM(?).......I have used them on jobs in the past and was happy with the comfort and performance.

I have a Spec Ops Brand THE PACK and I'm very happy with it....simple, a lot of room and full of molle webbing on the outside.
I also have a 3Day Pack made by London Bridge....awsome quality!
a lot of companies offer a 3Day style packs....check London Bridge, Eagle, BalckHawk, etc
a lot of people seem to love the RAID Pack... give it a look.
Mate,
Go elsewhere. Military carriage is different. There are stores in every city that can advise and out fit for civvy use. You have options that may not suit a military environment.
Happy camping.
Being in the bush is always good p-)
