Yeah, the site that you linked said that one of their sources has confirmed that president Mubarak died yesterday evening after his health deteriorated and was transferred to an ICU in a hospital in Cairo. The Egyptian government is keeping a lid on the event until they can decide who will be his successor.

I checked al-Jazeera's arabic site and there isn't anything about that yet. Either it truly is "breaking news" or a hoax. I have never heard of the website that you linked, but the article could still be valid.

Update:

According to al-Jazeera (arabic version) Cairo is trying to dispel rumors of Mubarak's "health crisis." Apparently he made a TV appearance to prove his health status. They also quoted the website (the one that you linked to) as the source of the rumors. The original website claims to be for a "historical studies" group based in London, and this is how al-Jazeera referred to it as well...so it's not just some cheesy tabloid.

Interesting stuff...
