Has anybody come across or know of a unit using modified short ar-10's, such as the Noveske Project Leonidas. I can appreciate budget would prevent its widespread usage amongst the regular units...anything on SF or PMC's.

I know of SOCOM units with KAC Mk11 carbines....but no pics.

Great first post dude. Welcome to MP.net. As SMGLee said, there are MK 11 carbines in use, but no short barreled ones like the Noveske Rifleworks Proj. You might want to look up the MK 14 EBR Mod 0, 1. Here is what can be found on the intarnets if you used your Google-fu:

thanks for response guys...i am aware of KAC and MK14 in use. Perhaps HK 417 being produced on mass might allow for additonal units outside of SF to have. Seems like a better way to go for designated marksman role...
