It's not news that the fedayin have SAM's, but it's worrying that they've started to use them - particularly that civvy flights are planned into Bagdad International. According to The Times yesterday, BA are planning fights by september.

To the best of my knowledge civil airlines (with the exception of ElAl) don't carrry ECM or other suitable equipment.
