This is one of my favorite things, is winter coats.
I actually got one of the real police issue russian coats, which is a canvas cotton, in blue, and the fur collar is in a blue/grey synthetic fur (like soldiers issue)....
Anyhow, I also have the afganka tan one, russian issue 80's dated...
westerners can get the real ones, but unfortunately alot of people (not ONLY westerners) just rush and buy the first thing they see, usually the stuff on redsoldier, or the cheap stuff on rusmil (some of the stuff on rusmil is QUALITY, but its overpriced a little bit, remember, GBP is worth %100 more than an american dollar)

PM me if you are interested in places that sell the real russian winter coats, and com-bloc winter coats.

P.S> I'm looking for Serbian/Yugoslavian winter coat with fur collar, and East erman rain pattern winter coat with black fur collar, (the real cheap one) thanks!

If you want some real russian military jacket for winter, try to find the issued one in "flora" pattern, with cotton outer fabric and wadding insulation, with fur collar. The quality is crap, but it is really used by sodiers. You wouldnt look like you are russian cop or poorly-paid security guard.

This parka is made by "Splav" company. It is called "SAS". Please dont laugh, in Russia they love to use pathos names for military gear, even the worst uniform can be called "Spetsnaz" or something like this :D
By the way, this parka is well made, but it is not used by russian military (also not used by poorly-paid russian security guards so dont worry :) ) Just a good commercial smock-style parka. And you sholdnt trust to this russian-gear-collectors websites, they advertise a lot of shiт (but also some good things) As you can see, on www.rusmilitary.com (http://www.rusmilitary.com/) they use non-existing names for gear ("Spetsnaz Winter Jacket" че ето за херня???) and dont say which russian company made this gear. In catalog info they lie a lot (their favorite trick is "it is used by spetsnaz").

from them.

http://www.splav.ru/ (I know they deal with foreigners. Also you can find some gear which is represented on www.rusmilitary.com (http://www.rusmilitary.com/) and buy from there )

http://spezosn.ru/ good company, their gear really used by special forces, but even russians have problems with web buying from there :)

Also try to ask this jerks: http://militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?t=73287 they know what to buy and how to buy

Grom- I sent you a link for an ebay site, that has a Blue color Soviet Tankers jacket, with the black fur collar, just like the one you wanted.
This is USSR issue, so it IS going to be a real one.
It is also probably dated and marked with OTK stamp.
Ok price too. If he doesnt have your size, I know another vendor.

ALSO- STEPAN, I see you mentioned Rusmilitary.com
I have always had good dealings with Oleg, but I agree that the "spetsnaz" jacket is probably not used by russian Spetsnaz.
Also, the "M4" and "Delta" jacket are NOT army issue.

However, the "M3", which he has listed in the winter jacket section, DOES look as though it is the classic Russian issue winter jacket, it is just in "Les" camo, which is not used as much, BUT, it IS used, Ive seen it in pictures.
I dont like the "Les" camo as much, since it looks just like U.S. "Woodland", but the jacket does look very good, and brand new.

It was probably made recently, where as the other jackets found on the market are all Flora jackets, made in the early or mid 1990's.
I would REALLY like to find a "VSR" one, but they are hard to find.
If anyone wheres a size 56 or 58, I know of a vendor who has the VSR jackets. Id get one if I was that size in a second.
