they used leather web gear post WWII into the sixty's very similar to WWII German with the Y-strap setup , the pouches were a combo of leather ,and camo American style gear , the shovel carrier is almost identical to the American version ,same with the canteen cover , in the late 60's to the seventy's as they fased out the camo uniform for a simple OD version , they updated their web gear to a version similar to the U.S. with a OD pistol belt and H-Harness , hope this helps .

here is a complete late 60's setup , soldiers rarely wore this much at once from the pics i have seen and the Y-straps were rarely used at all ,but the pics i have seen were during training and of course not combat .

Nice stuff, Panzerwerk! I've got one of those parkas somewhere, and used to wear it a lot when i was a university student. Great piece of gear. The breadbag is great, too.

Its just that i once had Austrian Y-Type straps but made from some hard material in gray and wanted to find out what the rest is like. I remeber it had '<OLC>' stamped in the clips and harness ring telling me it is made by the same firm who make the German stuff.

That PimplePrint Leather pattern is one of the nicest webbing sets i have ever seen, Thanks for uploading!
