:(
well it's an improvement from last week. And at least u aint calling us 'poms'
bloody hell didn't hear anything about either match on TV it's all Euro 2004
edit: just had a look at the BBC summary of the match and it seems the senting off ruined the match.
down to 14 men for all but the first 10 mins and we we're leading 6-0 at the time. Nice to see you didn't mention that.
Was it a fair dismissal? The team don't seem to think so. All in all a win to be proud of against 14 men after an allegedly unfair dismissal on home soil. :P

Damn Flagg, your team is looking awesome! The pace at which they were playing in the last 10 minutes was just staggering. Thats the thing that nailed england more than anything, in my opinion - England did OK in set pieces etc, but the broken play was just to fast for them.
Australia and South Africa both won today too - so good times for the "big 3" of southern hemisphere rugby. I fear, though, that the 3N will be a case of SA and Ozz competing for the wooden spoon.
Did anyone watch the SA vs Ireland game? Damn, we have a star in the making - Schalk Burger, 21, and damn amazing.... remember this name :)

Agreed... there is a trend though - the All Blacks are completely invincible ... right up until the dying stages of the World Cup. It's very odd... I would have bet my car on them winning last year. By far the best team, but.... they didn't even make the final

Aw, quit with the stereotypical whinging cut. The ref was from wales I believe. And as you English point out thats part of Britain isn't it?.
Distinct lack of discipline shown by your guys at times, fifteen handling errors to five in favor of the AB's. All in all the Lions were beaten by the better team.
Crying about it is just bad sportsmanship old chum, what!
Cheer up at least you won the cricket...... rofl

Yes, but we may have turned a corner though. First All Black trials in twelve years and all positions up for grabs, you should have seen them play for that. The days of mitchells corporate arrogance have gone and theres a new spirit in the team.
The boys have finally got there 'mongrel' back.

Listen to me you f***ing prick. What is the idea with calling us poms and being such a ****head?
I have nothing against New Zealand, and don't really care if you beat us at Rugby or not. All I can say is congratulations New Zealand.
However I am very f***ing pissed off with your attitude. Are you always like this or have you got personal reasons.
Shut the **** up ****head, there is not f***ing reason for all this shouting it into our face ****. What is your f***ing problem anyway?
Oh and Flagg, learn how to f***ing spell, it's whining.
No I'm not being a sore loser, I'm just pissed off at your attitudes.

Its called sledging or maybe **** stirring is a better term for it. If you don't like it then don't react to it. Or maybe you need to learn how employ a bit of self control.
And Flagg did spell it right. Whinging, as in to whinge, as in
Whinging Poms... :backhand:
No I'm not being a sore loser
Yes, yes you are.
tut tut
why don't you let us enjoy the football rugby friendlies are of no importance in comparison.
Why don't you go back to making sheering lost sheep into national events, failing that go back to sheep shagging :P

I think it's funny when people say,"We beat them, we did this" when they aren't even involved...
Just my two cents ;)
P.S. Go underdog team

Cut, remember that rugby was an evolution from socc..... uh sorry "football". Thank god that cheeky little bastard got sick and tired of kicking the ball all day and grew some balls and picked the ball up. By far the right choice.

Nothing friendly about that game. But even 'thugby' tactics couldn't win it for England.
Still, Sir Clive still thinks that England is the better team. rofl

Yeah?, who said that?.
Best you stick to wearing crash helmets and body armour when you play 'football', wouldn't want to break a nail now would you. :P

I think they're both great sports, I went to a rugby school. All I'm saying is stop taking a friendly so seriously we've got a competition to win, and a proper one at that. Rugby's a great game but is nowhere near as good when it comes to competition time, they just don't compare.

You wouldn't be saying that if England had beat New Zealand 2-0.

So then, you can see why this thread is dedicated to the All Blacks beating the best rugby team in the world.
