Is that possible to mount a M203 without making contact with the barrel, besides the RAS type M203?

I remember that there is a mount by KAC can do it, is that true?

Thanks:)

LMT makes a launcher with a QD mount that can be attached onto the rail system.

For the SOPMOD RIS II solicitation, KAC, ARMS, and Daniel Defense made railed forearms where the front of the grenade launcher bolted on to the body of the forearm itself, instead of the rails. However, the M203 had to be modified for the specific forearm. In pretty certain that Chen has posted pictures of all three in the past.

Are you thinking of the QD mount? That still wraps around the barrel.
