CNN.com will probably eventually have a recording and/or video of it. I myself thought it was a very strong and witty address on his part.

Heres a small extract, not sure this is what your looking for?
It seems there's a really big swing away from the much debated WMD issue,TB stating that history will forgive them if no such weapons are found, has added fuel to the fire,he has always stated they are there and will be found, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore,I have always been 100% behind the war,but the selling point, was the WMD issue, and it's here that the 2 governments have led the electorate a bit of a "merry dance"!Even the Austrailian PM has said he sent his troops to war on the same belifs as TB,and GWB about the WMD issue!
The world knows Iraq will eventually be a better place, but until Saddam is killed or captured Iraq will never be free, the Iraqi people still have a deep fear of being left alone again after 91,and who can blame them!
I know about the UNMOVICS accounts of Iraqs programs for these weapons, but were they based on Western Intel,or hard fact ?There's one country who had more to fear from Iraq than any other country in the world, and as far as I understand,it's Intelligence service has never been mentioned,it has never offered 100% proof, that he would use them,If these WMDs were such a threat then they would've done something long ago, just like they did with the bombing of the Nuclear Facility in the 80's.
If the Coalition had the backing of the UN and had not pre empted the attack on Iraq, perhaps having UN troops inside Iraq now would allay genuine Iraqi civilains fears of Liberation instead of Occupation, then again, they hate all Western Goernments anyway!!
The bottom line is we started this without UN backing,so we cannot expect them to help out now,it would stink of hypocrisy!!

There is no doubt in Blair's nor Bush's mind that they will find WMD, or a WMD program. Hence it still is the case as shown on the interview, in case you missed it.

Yeah I saw that,I'd posted my link before I saw the one from HE219!!
But stating the opposite,in that by saying History will forgive us if we don't,doesn't sound too convincing a statement does it?
TB is facing a real problem back here in the UK,and I'll be surprised if he last till the end of the year!!,he'll be ousted,or he'll resign, whatever don't matter to me,cause every politician talks bolloc*s!!,and I never give them the satisfaction of my vote,I've never been passionate about any party,(unless it's got bird and booze!!),to give them my vote!

Prat
the I can't be bothered to vote because all politicans stink is the sort of person I dispise its just stupid and arrogant.
One person one vote is just about the best way human beings have figured out how to run things. Many have died to gain or defend that right and many are still dieing or in jail because they'd quite like a say in who runs there lives.
There is a diffrence between partys and goverment does change things for instance maggie wanted to keep the nuclear deterrent and US cruise missiles in the UK and Labour did not maybe things would have worked out diffrently. Even New labour and the Conservatives have diffrences ones a ruthless election winning machine and the others a bunch of daily mail reading wankers  . But I'm just biased Argyl your the sort of fool helps let the BNP get voted in. If you hate them that much turn up and right your reasons on the Ballot paper by law they have to read it out in public at the count

Why is it stupid and arrogant, just because I have no political beliefs Martin?
Nobody looks after my own concerns or my familys other than me,no political party feeds or clothes them,or provides them with a roof over their heads,I do not work for any government agency,so why should I feel that some political party should get my vote?,I did my service just like you,and to link my attitude to the BNP is just fuc*ing ridiculous,so its better in your opinion to go and put a stupid mark on a paper that means nothing,if the other guy gets in!?Whens the last time you talked to your local MP,and he actually listened?
Apart from keeping the BNP out of politics, what difference would my vote make to me?I served in the 80's when Maggie was strong, just like our country, nobody fuc*ked with us back then, but like most of my Bn nobody gave a toss about politics.or politicians, apart from Paddy Ashdown, who proved himself to be an outstanding Marine, the rest are just a bunch of hypocritical liars.
Just because I don't vote doesn't mean,I don't care about my Country, and that btw is not the UK,but Scotland!!!Why must I put up with decisions made in England,by English, for Scotland!!Sure we now have the Scottish Parliament, who still answer to England despite what you read!
We have a huge white Elephant called the Scottish Parliament Building that's going to cost 100 times more than the original budget!!Nobody is being held accountable for that fiasco,so why should I vote for idiots who cannot do their sums!!?
Funny how this year the whole of the UK voted with their feet, less than 65% of the electorate voted ,does that not tell you something, that perhaps ordinary people like me,are fed up with all the bull and spin, that comes from a politicians mouth, crack crime and stop pussying around with the judicial system, and toughen it up and I might consider voting,we are a laughing stock of Europe, and this Government wants to hand a lot of it to Brussels!!
Thanks Martin but no thanks.........tell me were you happy that the Labour Government caved in to the IRA demands, not a single weapon has been handed in,all the lives lost for what?I served 2 tours in NI,and lost colleagues,in what name?Ask Tim Parry's father how he felt about New Labours betrayal?
Would it make a diffence if I voted for Screaming Lord Sutch, when he was alive,I told you the reasons why I do not vote because there is no cause out there that makes me passionate enough to vote for,if all the ideas from all the parties were all coming from one voice, then I would, but they are not !
You are entitled to your opinion as much as I am mine, but to start off by name calling(prat),and saying you despise people sutch as me,well get off your high horse and take a good look at the state of this country, and see where your politicians have got us!!!
So tell me then since you seem to be an expert in this field, who did you vote for in the last Election?,and have you Always voted for that Party in every single election since you were 18?
One person one vote is just about the best way human beings have figured out how to run things. Many have died to gain or defend that right and many are still dieing or in jail because they'd quite like a say in who runs there lives.
Can you please give me an example of that in relation to the politics of Great Britain, considering this is what I was refering to,history was never my strong point, and I can't think of persons in British history who died,so that I/we could all have a vote, apart from Emily Pankhurst, who in the UK is in Jail , within the UK for their beliefs?
I thought Britain has been a democracy for hundreds of years?
If you are refering to World Politics, then exactly what has that got to do with me not voting in the UK?You think my vote has any validity outside of the UK?Oh I just remembered I did vote once!, in Scotland we had the "YES/YES" vote about splitting from England and having our own parliament,I voted SNP.....does that make you feel any better?
