Shooting platform

Does anyone know how to make a shooting platform with the issued Iso Mat that you see alot of snipers runnig around with on their buttpack or ruck.

Lot of the snipers I seen during my time just use their ruck as a platform.

I've seen that too but someone showed me how to make one by cutting your Iso mat a while back. Just wanted to see if anyone knows how to, I forgot.
