For the record, that bottom line there says that the prices are in pesos, derived from the cost of the pistols in US dollars and Euros. The top part says that these are the top sellers to civilians for home defense.

Haha, I was looking at that too. Do they mean 9 milimetros? But that doesn't even equal .380 inches.

The .380 is a 9mm short (9x17mm)....im sure they did mean 9mm....

I think the person compiling the picture just didn't understand the difference between calibers measured in inches and those measured in millimeters.

.380 is correct. Military calibers are illegal in Mexico. Unless you're the Jefe.

When I went to Mexico it confused me at first, too. $ = Peso I believe.

Yeah, civilians can only use the following calibers .380(for pistol) , .38 special(for revolver) .22 according to the law of firearms and explosives.
The Police and military can use higher calibers.
