I read the main page and it says it's a "portable negative ion generator" but what does it do exactly?

Oh, and think about this site for a second... half of there site doesnt work (try some of the links) and half of the pictures arent there (main page seems fine, rest seem to be missing some)...

Fake / gimmick if you ask me.
