TheSturmgewehr was basically a proof-of-concept prototype that was forced into production.
It would have been replaced in a very few years, no matter who won the war.

Not to forget there would also be Commando Carbine, SMG, and DMR derivatives depending which situation the Third Reich ended up fighting after 1945.
It would more likely end up forming the basis of the CETME/G3 rifles even if Germany didnt lose the war, but in different calibres as they wouldnt follow NATO Regulations.

other than that "firepower mod44" marking (wtf?!?) on the stock is was all original with those nice looking nazi markings (aka waffenamt)

Let me get this straight: Germany turned to the G3 battle rifle after the introduction of the SG assault rifle during the war years because the US wanted the 7.62mm calibre as NATO standard? For which the SG was obviously ill suited...

I've got a book that features that picture (Corbett, R. Guerrilla Warfare: From 1939 to the Present Day, Orbis, London 1986); if anyone is interested, the caption reads:
Women of the West Somali Liberation Front express their support for Somalia during the war against Ethopia for the border territory of the Ogaden in 1977-8. Although Somalia lost the war due to Russian and Cuban intervention, unrest persists in the border areas.

I'm not sure if it is an SVT, but I can tell you it looks nothing like the M14 I used to have.

The MP 43 was innovative, but a simplified replacement was already planned in 1943. The roller-delayed guns were developed parallel to the StG 44 program, they have very little common lineage.

Where in the world did you get those ammo from...?
And wow at the folding stock, I also thought that the Russians (AKS74) or the Israeli's (Galil) are the first countries to introduce folding stocks to assault rifles.

The underfolding stock of the AK47 is based on the MP40, which was also used on the StG45 concept:
