First Response/Grab bags-What works for you?

I have recently qualified as an observer marksman for my Police Force's Response Team.

I have been trying to put together a couple of grab bags with a few extra items of gear. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Basically I need 2 bags, 1 for the normal high risk method of entry stuff and 1 for the observer marksman role. I'm just trying to get an idea about what really works and whats out there.

Unfortunately I don't have the LEO experience to give any advice. However, one place that might have people you can share ideas with would be www.lightfighter.net. Just make sure to post an introduction in the appropriate spot there first. Military Photos is a fine forum, but not as well suited for the law enforcement side of things.

any experience that any one can offer be it military, or policing or contractors would be great, just trying to get an idea what works.
