a couple of years ago a friend of mine showed me a strange website that was basically the rambling of some guy who thought he knew what the US Army should do to improve its capabilities, and save money. i tried finding it recently, because me and another friend who's in Iraq were talking about some of the info we'd seen on it. neither of us can find it, and so i was hoping someone here would know what we're thinking of.

some of the topics it covered were:
improved airborne operations
light tanks and infantry transports(particularly the m113 as called it "gavin")
improved personal equipment(uniform, load bearing gear)
improved logistics(container based components)

i hope i posted in the right section, and that my title and post are alright.

thanks for any help.

Geezus, what on earth is this nonsense? Gliders and 20ft Connex containers attached to A10s, solar, wind and pedal(!) powered Battleboxes(TM of course) and 113s all over. Please tell me this idiot has nothing to do with any military whatsoever...
