There is no intention of the U.K. adopting digital DPM. Basically a private company designed its own version and is selling it to the airsoft community.
Soldier 2000 was just a continuation of soldier 95. Some kit was modified from the original design. e.g. The 'Jacket Field CS95' had a collar. The current jacket field now has a wired hood.

Says who - the voice of experience, are you the MoD's official spokesperson now?
That's a very sweeping statement indeed.
There have been limited field trials of a digital pattern by UK forces, whether this goes any further under PECOC is uncertain but I'm sure the MoD will consult you first.

I'll say it again !
THE U.K. HAS NO INTENTION OF ADOPTING DIGITAL D.P.M. !

Who are you to make yours ?
Digcam did not do well in testing. Desert DPM came out on top compared to ACU. DPM is part of the corporate image and will be retained although the colours will be modified.
There's plenty of int on PECOC on other sites, including a personality on the Integrated Project Team. I've also been a guinea pig in user trials whilst on ops (although not for a new cam pattern).
Do your homework, I did !

In all honesty, a Santa suit would have come out on top compared to ACU.....
Now, as to actual topic, considering that the new patterns/uniforms/gear/etc has been announced, shown, and began to be issued, I think it's getting to be pretty obvious that the UK isn't going with a digie pattern at this time.

Flame war - excuse me!
If you had made a reasoned statement in the first place instead of your groundless and unqualified statement it may have come over better.
The fact is that digital camouflage has been trailed by the MoD, whether it has been shelved pro-tem is not the question, you stated that ... ...
THE U.K. HAS NO INTENTION OF ADOPTING DIGITAL D.P.M.
This is a very sweeping and inaccurate statement to make, can you speak for any future decisions that the MoD may make - no, I thought not. My comments to you were based on your general isms and inaccuracy, you then chose to insult me which seems to be your way of posting on this forum.
For a self confessed part-time REMF, you seem to have assumed a very high level role for yourself in British military policy decision making.
I take it that ACM Sir Jock Stirrup consults you on a daily basis before any decisions are made. Get over yourself before your ego strangles you.

so in 10-15 years time if the UK has adopted some kind of digital pattern are you going to drink your own piss or something, i mean we should at least make this into a bet right.
Im sure the U.S G.I's never thought they would have a digital cam uniform 20 years ago, but they sure do now.

It has been shelved for the foreseeable future so there is no intention to introduce digital camo in the foreseeable future.
Judging from you posts you need to calm down before you give yourself some kind of aneurysm.
