Is whey protein better than soy protein or protein from meats?

Is whey protein better than soy protein or protein from meats?
If it has GNC on it, it sure is
(I am not an expert, but i think the one from meat is a lot better for your liver) But if you ingest Whey Protein correctly (Dissolve it in milk or water) and follow the instructions, it should be pretty good (except for your wallet)

rofl rofl rofl You got a job at GNC?? Good one mate, I was the assistant manager of a GNC back when I lived in the states. My dad ownded one for 8 years. They can be fun to work at but the company itself is a bit crap.... and yes, I'll take a kilo of Creatine, the same amount of Glutamine, and 3 boxes of MetRX bars - I lived off them when I was in Costa Rica and didnt trust the local chicken :D

ya I think company policy is some pathetical amount like 10% off, but its better than nothing. You could probably get that on top of the 20% super tuesday special if they're still doing that. The GNC weightlifting products like proteins and creatine are ok but theyre not the cheapest, and there are better. EAS has always made good stuff.

Too much soy protein is not good for you, as a male..If I remember correctly if you ingest too much soy protein your body will turn it into estrogen, same goes with high doses of testosterone..BTW: Your body can only absorb so much protein, then the rest is tuned into to waste. So if your going on a high protein diet remember that and don't waste your protein, it can get expensive..

No, not one day, around 2 weeks and you should have the basics down pat. The sports nutrition stuff is pretty simple. Most people that come into buy that kinda stuff already know about it. There's only a couple of products you really have to know how to push anyway and that normally comes down to Brand Names. As far as Vitamins, Amino Acids, and Herbs go you've got a long road ahead of you - but its worth every bit of knowledge you pick up.
