excellent photos, the camo looks similar to the Brit desert camo, but darker.

On the vehicles right ?I thought it looks weird but i guess they didn`t pay much attention to a specific pattern.
About the uniforms yes the desert pattern is simmilar to the british one but darker and the new woodland pattern also is similar to the british pattern but with slightly different shades of color.We had a contract with the brits i think for those uniforms i will look in to it.

Could I ask you a favour - I'm looking for pictures of Romanian soldiers with the TAR-21 Tavor assault rifle. I know that in December one (first) batch of such rifles comes to your country. Maybe you have a scan from military newspaper or something similar?

Could I ask you a favour - I'm looking for pictures of Romanian soldiers with the TAR-21 Tavor assault rifle. I know that in December one (first) batch of such rifles comes to your country. Maybe you have a scan from military newspaper or something similar?
I saw it on TV twice but i don`t have a TV tuner and the army is VERY SECRETIVE so little info is known.
It is very interesting for me too so i`ll see what i can do.

The cammo suffered a lots of changes.. Like Droopy said ,it seems that now they look like British ones.. But regular soldier can have still the older types of cammo. Actually they might have Jacket one color , trouses a different color. Now it is interesting how the new uniforms will get spreaded..

About Tavor..Who knows maybe it didn't got approved for Mountaineous conditions ;)(read someone might got a bribe from competition :)

There are not many countries which uses the TAR-21-Rifle, right (only Israel??)? I thought the Romanians will uses the AK-Rifles in Future, too. Somthin' new i learned today ;)
