recently my friend asked me if I can clear up to him what this financial crisis is and how it begun so I started with securitization, subprime mortgages, moral hazard, Fannie, Freddie, regulated low interest rate, liquidity, counterparty risk, stupidity to prohibit short call, ect...........
well itīs not easy to clear up all this :) i donīt think he understanded a bit but I tried, at the end I used even this and it little helped:
