Occassionally when I send a PM, it goes to my "outbox" instead of my "sentbox." What's the difference? Has it still been sent? If not, how do I get it to send?

When it's in your outbox, that means that it hasn't been opened by the recipient yet and can still be edited. When it's in your sentbox, that means that it's been opened by the recipient.
