Iraqi citizen turns in mines
TIKRIT, Iraq - An Iraqi citizen turned in 110 anti-personnel mines and two anti-tank mines to the 1st Infantry Division at 6 p.m., June 26.
The Soldiers secured the mines for destruction.

AN NASIRIYAH, Iraq - Iraqi police and Al Hillah-area hospitals report 23 civilians are dead and 58 wounded after two car bombs exploded in the vicinity of the former Saddam Mosque in Al Hillah at 8:45 p.m. June 26.
An earlier report indicated 40 were killed and 22 wounded.
Reports indicate the injured were taken to Mirjan General Hospital and Babylon Maternity Hospital, both in Al Hillah.
