Sometimes I wonder why we even bothered going to the moon in the firstplace.

Lets hope we land a human on Mars in our lifetime.

If you question why we went to the moon, why are you wishing for Mars?

If you question why we went to the moon, why are you wishing for Mars?

As a child at the time, landing on the moon raised my expectations.
Ever since then, not going back to the Moon or beyond with humans has been a let down for many in my generation.

I just hope to live long enough to see an astronaut plant Old Glory on Mars.
