ive seen in some pics UKSF wearing Desert Marpat but the pockets and buttons are not American. what are they? they usually wear some OD molle vest with OD mich helmets.

Nope, the smock in question is indeed marpat, i´d post a pic here, but itll just get the mods angry.

its not aor/digi 2 aswell as the pics were taken before these came out.

and judging by the pics´dates (look it up in their meta data) i wouldnt say its aor/digi2 as it was released to a later point.

might be something totally different of course and i might be completally wrong as i lack "real life experience".

Anyway, who gives a damn what jacket it is. Its one guy's personal jacket. It's not a brand new MBT being brought into widespread service or anything. Do you all really need to know the online shop/market stall one individual bloke got a jacket from? Why?

Maverick, that pic sure looks like faded desert CADPAT to me. I'm looking at a pair of pants in that pattern that Pete gave me and it looks almost identical.

When I look closely I seem to see colours resembling Arid CADPAT more, so my money's on CADPAT.

I thought it was MARPAT at first but then I saw the light yellow.

Looks like a bog-standard Tantalus Smock (mk.2 ??) in cut. I've seen them in multicam as well as both varieties of DPM but that's first one I've seen in Dessie CADPAT.

So a guy from the S.A.S. gets hold of a freebie from one of his Canadian mates in 'The Stan', has a photo taken of himself in said buckshee item which then leads to some airsofting 'let's play war' geek hitting the 'special panic button' which causes alarms to go off for each of those needy types who like to dress up and daydream !?

Incidentally, I have a British Army roll mat of the same type that was used by the SF guys who did a recce on Pebble Island. It also has the initials "B.L." on it written in black marker pen. Carbon dating may confirm the ink was used in early spring 1982. So it is almost certainly from "Bradbury Lines." Would make your airsoft loadout 100% SF ALLY ! It's the genuine article, NO DUFF !

It's of extreme sentimental value as I believe it has a built in force field to protect me from harm whilst I am sleeping. However, profit first !

A steal for £1799.00 !
