My win2003 can`t read the FAT32 file system,NTFS only.

And perhaps you can use CONVERT volume /FS:NTFS , then your FAT32 partition will update to NTFS .

c: fat32
d: ntfs
e: fat32
f: ntfs
g: ntfs

(volume=your partition name)

example :

c:\>CONVERT E: /FS:NTFS

then your e: will update to NTFS .

Get yourself a copy of PARTITION MAGIC, its awesome does everything you need to in windows, i converted my whole drive from NTFS to FAT32 no problem, obviously it can do the opposite to that or whatever you need.

But if your NTFS use EFS , then have some trouble .
