Looks like something made by Aus Webgear. Their add in Winter 2004 says that they will make customized chest rigs. It doesn't match any on their website or in the add, but it looks like their work.

hehe, we use the keyboards same to yours, just need to install a small software, then you can write out Chinese words, very easy :lol: .

No I don't have any info on that particular vest, but I would say it is Asutralian as it has Auscam on it. Airsoft? I don't know. I've never so I wouldn't recognize one till I fell over one.
