A tad shiney, but still looks cool. Is that an AK muzzle brake?

nah, that's an SPC flash hider. Used for the MK12.

some time ago I had a similliar patch.
It was from Navy guys from Iraq, the snake was instead of stars on a flag and this sign below: don't tread on me.
