I believe that truck drivers and their companies who allow illegals to access the U.K.
from Europe in their vehicles face a 2,000 Pound fine,
will this be applied to the Army bus driver or his boss?
It should, as it demonstrates a serious lack of security awareness
with regards the vehicle driver.

In the Sky News version of this, the guy claims to be a minor although it also expresses doubt about that. In this Telegraph version it clearly says he is 20 years old. The Sky version does seem to show that they are being clearly briefed on what to say when they get here. Whats the betting that he doesn't claim asylum and offers to go home back to Afghanistan?

Under E.U. legislation he is required to seek aid in the first E.U. country he enters, clearly the U.K. is a bigger prize as they offer the most, maybe its time to cut back on the "offers" in these economic hard times.
Regardless of age, the fact that he was able to get on a British military vehicle in Calais, and get to Sandhurst demonstrates a serious breech of security.

I agree, he should have been spotted before he got anywhere near the coach never mind hitch a lift all the way into Sandhurst!

Of all the buses, he had to pick the Army bus.

Apparently the bus driver and bus was a civilian hire bus, so the driver is getting the blame for not securing the bus" Thats a cop out if I ever heard one.
