But there are people of all backgrounds including having the largest Jewish, Italian, and Galician communities in Latin America.

Most Argentinians from Buenos Aires are at least two generations removed from the old country. Regardless, Argentinians consider themselves as Argentines first, then by Football (Soccer) Club affiliation "Hincada", and ethnicity last.

"Chapur" sounds like a Spanish variation of "Shapur" which sounds Arabic, possibly Hebrew. "Belen" is the Spanish word for "Bethlehem" (IIRC), so highly likely she has distant Middle Eastern origins. Logic would say she is Palestinian or Israeli, but there are also sizeable Lebanese communities in several Latin-American countries which have produced some notable hotties, such as Selma Hayek and Shakira.
