came across a bunch of tactical vests in 3 color Desert camouflage, thought they were fakes, then i took another look at the tags, all in Germaniac language, with 1993 date on one, (rest were either 1992 or 1994) since the store has a whole bunch of DPM pouches/canteen covers with ALICE clips, and several Dutch Army pullovers and DPM jackets, I looked up Dutch Army tactical vests, its a match to this one...however, no pictures on Google shows them with the desert vests from 1992-1994ish...SO....are these good to go, or are they fantasy items? related question, are there DCU ALICE type pouches made for the Dutch Army(proper nomenclature is..?) that are not cheap Korean/Chinese knock-offs made for Brigade Quartermaster??
Its probely original stuff.
There are 3 differant types off desert cam,s.
first 2 not so bright collors.3 really bright colors.
This weekend I will get some photos.

They're genuine, but the desert camo harnesses have never really been in use to my knowledge.

There certainly are. Only the Uzi mag, foldable shovel and pocket knife pouches are not in this picture, I think:

They were also made in 3 colour desert, but they're pretty rare.

ok, the store have the Uzi mag pouches and the very small box pouches, canteen covers, and folding shover covers, but not the other pouches, nor the DPM vests....might be because some people bought the DPM stuff for their airsoft things lol
Here are 2 examples for very differant desert colors.
1 is the carying system first from 1993 .It,s known as Bokketuig.
Bokke = goat--- Tuig =gear.Bokke means also ****.
So its knon as ****gear ..
same as the back pack its a useless piece off kit.
I,m 1 off the first users in 1993 we did cut out the interior for better room.
More questions????

You can also still see the dessert "bokketuig" at Kleedpunt Utrecht on a doll.
