IDF Fleece

Hi guys does anyone know when the current IDF fleece jacket started being issued?


As I'm tracking back through the images of IDF troops and there is loads of the new fleece but shockingly few of the dubon and / or wooly pully? surely global warming :fork: didn't suddenly hit at the same time as they issed the new fleece? why so few of the previous cold weather gear?

also i did notice quite a few DPM bergans being schlepped kinda made me proud that IDF guys are using our berganswoot

yeah i had already tried google-fu and the almighty search botton, but to no avail that's why i'd posted it as a question, as for pics:
