now the idea a British battle group rounded up 20 live Iraqi's and tortured and then executed
them but let 9 survivors go free just seems a bit bizarre
why let any survivors go.
RMP and MOD screwing the pooch and making something look bad when its clear cut no suprise there

trouble is the MOD is so crap at providing the relative documents etc they look bad.
the rmp are not the world's best investigators.

He's called Phil Shiner - google him, its just a shame that no one pulled a Finucane on him :(

The clowns that got away with murder in the Baha Musa case walk away with their careers intact so the ambulance chasing scum find something else to ensure that decent British soldiers suffer with their reputations if not their lives.
