'62 Impala SS

1. Faster than all other IFVs entered in competition.
2. Ability to dodge RPGs with hydraulic lift.
3. Dash mounted MOJO system to ward off bad guys.
4. Side looking Booty Hound system.
5. Big back seat for debriefings.
6. IFF for all homeboies in the hood.
7. Well, look at it. You can roll in Green Ugly, or a truly BA piece of Detroit.

I have a weakness for the CV-90. Modern, reliable, good firepower (Bofors 40mm automatic cannon with APFSDS rounds), excellent performances in winter conditions and...good looking. ;)

The Marder is a nice Tank, but it is far away from be the Best ;) Wait to 2009 - then will the ne PUMA be the Best on modern Battlefields

Yeah, but the Marder is the best looking :D
No other IFV can match the Achzarit in term of crew protection.

Yeah, but the Marder is the best looking
Ahem, . . . cough.
Second best at least. I would have mentioned the GTO Judge, but those aren't cleared for export.
Marder, pffffft. Slightly less lethal sound engagement system, no. Bling Bling, no. Flames on hood, maybe, but not in triple gloss coat.

But the Marder uses less gas than the GTO

OK, that was funny.

Marder is too old and the cannon is too small. Yeah let's wait until PUMA arrives and then it's gonna be the best.

There are several other options for a cannon than Bofors 40mm. To my knowledge, Sweden is the only country which uses 40mm, Norway, Finland and Switzerland(?) uses 30x173mm instead. The good performances in winter conditions came on request from Norway.

CV90 may not be as battletried as Warrior, Bradley or BMP, but it's getting on quite fine in both Kabul and Liberia AFAIK. It might be heading out into A-stan provinces next year too, so it'll get it's baptism soon enough... I reckon it'll hold out fine.

It's definitly NOT the AMX10PH, the only French vehicle which never was updated since it entered service almost thirty years ago.
It's nothing but a coffin for eleven good friends now.
Come on guys, we all know that CV-90 is the best. I mean, the marder, warrior and bradley looks like a bicycle compared to this thing.
Bradley and warrior is also based on old designs and to ligthly armed for the mordern warfare.
