Found this in my dad's stuff.
Amazing that passing around nukes used to be so informal.
I wonder if it is still good?

I hope you're referring to the receipt and not the nuke :-P

Is this it? The receipt says "B5-3" but the wiki says B53 and since we know wiki can't be wrong p-)

Posasibly this which seems to match the 1957 date better.

And appears to have -1, -2, -3 designations.

Yes, if you take it to the nearest USAF base they should release the weapon to you.

Isn't it the other way around? If you take that to the nearest base, won't they want the weapon back off you?

Thanks Slouch! That would have been embarassing. Nukes are hard to come by these days, and I'd hate to have to give them one of mine if they demanded I redeem the receipt.

What's the return policy if it was already used?

Used? When? On what? Ahh...OPSEC, I get it. Say no more.
Hey, check-out the high-tech spring dampners on the bomb cart. Those were bold men, back in those days....

I was joking. Like, some places won't take returns if the item was used. This is a bit different...
