I got done watching that **** and it totally sucks. There wasn't one damn good part in that movie.

Read it and you'll realize that this "someone" either didn't pay much attention while reading it or is a retard. ;)

Part 0ne was quite enetrtaining flick when compared to other movies from that class... I haven't read book yet so comparsion to book haven't any meaning to me....

The first movie is fu*king-asskicking great.

The second movie is absolutly crappy - the team behind this movie should be punished. :bash:

Watched this movie today.... TBH ****test movie I have ever seen, in my life.

The only thing that kept even a remote feel to the original was the presence of the soldier bugs, even though their CG was cack. Half the troopers didn't even wear the trademark armor anymore, not all of them even had the helmets. They changed the Morita so it looked like a piece of **** and also added some massive chain gun thing. The crappyness of the weapons was compounded by the oh so poor muzzle flashes, think of a really small blue LED flashing on the end of the gun.

And 99.9% of the movie was spent in that stupid outpost thing.

Perhaps this would have been good as some spin-off story, but to tout it as the sequel to starship troopers is absolute bull****.

I thought it was going to be another bug nuking adventure embarked upon by Rico's Roughnecks. That would be class.

What really pisses me off though is the fact that because of this abysmal ****up they won't make anymore sequels which could actually have improved on the original.

actually I saw the 1st movie and read the book 3 times in the past year, and no, the 1st one does not suck at all. Even though it is different, all movies to books or books to movies are completely different...

Pitch black was so dumb...but to make you feel better it can be called art piece when compared to that new age pseudo sociological **** like AI, Minozryty Report, Matrix or Equlibrium...
