I Don't Fly was came from President Chen's word more than 10 years ago, and it was just a nonsence word. So, I think our chinese friends have been effect by some nonsence people.
IDF is the first Taiwanese selfmade (with America's help) fighter plane (and hope is not the last one) and it was made for Air defence, but Taiwanese Air Force is trying to update its ground/sea attack capability, and other things.
