If we make people register their religious beliefs, Far right NWO conspiracy Christians and Extremist Terrorists and anti abortionaists and pro second amendment supporters would be monitored closely, also they would have to pay a tax to finance their monitoring and pay for their public healthcare to hav etheir heads examined.

If we register them we know exactly where they are and this would reduce extremism and death by religion, that way we can prevent religious people from committing crimes while being taxed while they Worship in their unproductive time.

I'm just Joking guys. Don't take this seriously.

You've obviously managed to hold onto your life intact for 26 years without any (I'm assuming) major physical damage. Amazing.

In America people change religious beliefs and churches and often as they change thier clothes.

Registering religious affiliation is anti-constitutional.

But people register cars and guns in other states, Guns are protected by the constitution and those states make you register your guns, why not religion?

Here, religions are registered. All Icelanders are registered Lutherans at birth, because we have a state church. If you decide to convert, then it has to be a legitimate religious organization.

Same policy was in effect in the UK where everyone was a member of the COE (Church of England) upon birth. Yet when you go to the UK, very few attend Church.

Register your birth.

Register your profession (Doctor, Engineer, etc)

Register your medicines.

Register your political affiliation!

Register your Vehicle.

Register your pistol.

Register your ability to drive a vehicle.

Register your home.

Register your business (Business license)

Register your advertising for your business (Sign Permit).

Register your tax number if you own a business (in other words gvt gives you right to operate a business)

Register your trade (Contractors etc.)

Register your Union membership.

Register your communications device if you use the airwaves.

Register your marriage.

Register your children for public schools.

So, why not get the government permission (which is what registrations are doing actually) to your religion, your belief system, your place of work, your path to work and stores you use, your bank accounts, your hobbies and personal interest affiliations, your public speaking engagements, any writings that may appear in public...the list is really endless in a dictatorial state.

I've always wondered why you Europeans have a state church. Call me ignorant, but it seems like you don't use it. Can we borrow those snazzy cathedrals?

And I always found it funny how most out of the 43% will have a religious ceremony at their weddings and funerals. :)

A joke about Icelanders and churchgoing:

Icelanders go to church 4 times in their lives, and they have to be carried in on 2 of those occasions.

It would be completly pointless there is no f..in way you could keep it accurate. If its not accurate any potential benefits like paying extra attention on newly converted(they are usualy much more radical because they feel a need to prove their devotion to their new god and brothers in faith) wouldn't be possible.

Why not just have the state assign you to a religion?...equally dividing the population between the duly approved state religions.

You are born, you get your tattoo on your forehead and you are immediately assigned to be a practicing "XXX-olicitant". Give the religions a number instead of a name..."Religion 326". Remove all religious books and reprint a generic "Bible" that incorporates all the things the most popular religions agree on.

Remove all religious symbols...no crosses, no stars of David, no crescent and star, no little fat Buddha’s or multi armed "Thingazoids" and no worshiping animals, planets, stars, asteroids or geographical features.. Instead, issue each religion a generic symbol based on polygons and other geometric shapes. Disallow any open display of your religious affiliation...all religious displays must be presented only in windowless and sound proof buildings called "Casks"...no more Tabernacles, Churches, Synagogues, Cathedrals or Mosques. All religious speeches, sermons, or any other espousing must be pre-approved by the state department of religious affairs before being spoken to the congregations…and above all, no public evangelizing or recruiting…once you are assigned a religion…that’s it until that religion buries you! The only thing you can do is declare you don’t want ANY religion…then they add a circle around your forehead tattoo and you go on with your life unhindered by any of that religious activity….when you die, the state cremates you and uses your ashes to fertilize public gardens.

Mark of the beast? New World Order much?
Well, what else are we to do to stop the idiotic religious fanatics among us detonating their suicide vests and believing they go directly to paradise for it?

This planet is only so big. There is soon not going to be much room for that sort of lunacy. Better to re-define religion and regulate it...no?p-)
